Most customers purchase insulation one to two times in their lifetime. They want to make an educated decision about what they are getting for their investment when they do.
Our insulation products have label-specific coverages printed on the packaging, which provide the manufacturer’s installation instructions to obtain the appropriate R value.
Federal regulations mandate that insulation suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and installers provide the customer with fact sheets labeling the insulation R value when installed.
St. Louis Insulation has always provided the customer with a clear and accurate estimate based on the square footage of the area insulated, the type of insulation used, and amount of insulation that is to be ADDED to the space to obtain the ADDED R value.
On the day of installation, our technicians separate the appropriate amount of product to be installed, verify any special instructions listed on the work order, and retain the packaging at completion for customer verification.
Upon completion, the installers provide an insulation certification statement for easy inspection, post it near the location as required, and provides digital photos of the coverage.
Don’t trust just anyone with such an important investment. Get it done right the first time!
